I love jewelry, what girl doesn’t? But going to the Henri Bendel store isn’t like any other jewelry store, it’s an experience. It has so many eye catching items from candles, to purses, scarves and of course jewelry. Henri Bendel Jewelry is really worth checking out.

I love their pieces that are both classy and edgy. Here is my small collection and review.
1. The earrings
The first Henri Bendel jewlery item I ever owned, is a set of hoop earrings. I wanted some hoop earrings that were just the right size and I wanted them to have a classic feel with a twist. I was looking for a mix of gold and silver as I love mixing it up with my jewelry and not necessarily have an all gold or all silver look.
I love the fact that the Henri Bendel logo is on them. It’s actually on rivets that are interspersed at regular intervals on the hoops. Hoop earrings are a classic luxury jewelry piece. However the rivets – especially as they are surrounded by brilliant crystallized Swarovski Elements – really modernize the look. Henri Bendel calls it a “heavy metal haute look”. The size is perfect : Diameter: 2.5″. It’s not too small but not over-sized enough either to border on tacky.
I love them so much that when I lost one earring, I went and bought a second a pair! A couple of months later a friend actually gave the lost earring back having kept it but having no idea whose it was. The fact she kept the earring is a statement in and of itself of the piece’s luxe feel, despite not knowing the brand, which btw not a lot of French people do.

The reason I lost the one earring is the only negative I can find. The clasp closure system becomes loose over time when you keep putting and then taking the earrings off and on. There is a quick fix to this issue which is using a pair of tweezers to tighten up the closing mechanism but you have to keep it in mind and do it at regular intervals so that can be a hassle.
I paid 72 euros for them. They are no longer in the permanent line.
These set of earrings are truly a trend-setting piece. They can make a casual outfit edgy. I think the spiky silhouette gives them a sexy while still classy vibe.
The dangle quite well from a rivet near the ear and taper into a fine point. They are covered with Swarovski crystals and catch the light beautifully.
They were a limited collection but you can still find them : retail for 86 euros on the amazon website.
2. The bracelet
- Henri Bendel Screw you baby cuff
As I said in my recent post on the OPI Infinite Shine, I love good names on products. I admit, a deciding factor to many a purchase, is the actual name of the product. Here’s what the website has to say : “Our 12k gold-plated cuff has plenty to say with rhodium accents and Bendel signature rivet accents. (Just don’t make it mad.)” This one definitely cracks me up!
It comes in several colors, but I was drawn to the rose gold one. I love it! It’s a simple cuff with a pretty narrow band that has intercepted with screw like details and the Henri Bendel signature rivets on each end of the cuff.

I’m a huge fan of this sturdy but comfortable cuff. It’s also perfect for stacking which is still a must follow trend, even if the more arm candy the better days are over (in my opinion at least). I think three or four pieces including your watch are just the right amount. Anymore and it’s over kill. I prefer mixing in earthy materials like leather makes the stack more interesting. What do you think? I love to have fun with textures ! See what works for you.
Here is my arm candy option with from left to right :

- Fossil Rose Gold Signature Pave Flower Bangle Bracelet
- Michael Kors Runway Watch in rose gold
- Henri Bendel Screw you baby cuff
- Fossil Multi-Strand Rose Gold Wrist Wrap bracelet
3. The Ring
- Henri Bendel Luxe Petite Hand Me Down Stack ring
Just like with bracelets, I love stacking rings. With the Henri Bendel Petite Hand Me Down Stack ring you’re all set with a dummy proof option ! The ring is pre-stacked for you ! This one retails for a 110 $ on the Henri Bendel website and is currently part of their permanent range. It comes in several color selections silver, gold or rose gold. I decided to go with black / gold as the contrast made the ring stand out more in my opinion. It is actually gold and gunmetal plated brass. As I said earlier with the hoop earrings, I enjoy mixing silver and gold tones.
This ring isn’t the most comfortable ring to wear especially if someone squeezes your hand a bit too tight during a handshake ! haha! Indeed the ring is made with Swarovksi crystals that go all around 5 pre-stacked infinite bands. So they don’t lay smoothly against your skin. It’s not a big issue and I love the ring but if you have very sensitive skin it’s worth mentioning. The ring has a pin pivot stack mechanism that isn’t shown on the web site and might seem a bit off to some. Here is a picture of it :
The dimensions are 0.375″H and it also comes in five sizes : 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10. It is a large ring so if you have small hands and not a lot of ring space, or you don’t enjoy having a ring close to your knuckle that is also something to bear in mind. After one year of wear, and I admit a lot of hand washing without removing the ring, there is some tarnishing on the pivot mechanism which protrudes slightly and is most in contact with my skin.
What are your favorite pieces of Henri Bendel Jewlery ?
