Hey Everyone!

YAS!!! HERE ARE MY 7 NEW FACTS!!!

1 – I was born in a desert, Las Vegas – Nevada to be specific.

2 – I love tasting new foods and discovering exotic culinary cultures while on travel. If there is something weird or out of the ordinary I’ll try it! Here are some pig ears I braved eating in a Parisian restaurant and posted on Instagram. Come follow my adventures @danetigress I’ll be happy to follow back!

3 -I love flying. I associate being on a plane with pleasant memories going off on an adventure, seeing loved ones, holidays etc… I was almost born on a plane and have been going back and forth across the ocean from the US to France since I was a baby.

4 – I’m a dog person even if I love cats (and let’s not forget tigers) too. My grandparents had two dogs Pouchy a mutt and Princess a dobberman miss them! I’d love to have pets but traveling and pets isn’t easy. Here is a pic of Blackie a dog my father got once I was already an adult. I love him and miss him too, sadly he’s now in doggie heaven.

5 – I wanted to be an archaeologist at one point and did an internship in a paleontology lab and went on couple of digs in the Gorges de l’Ardèche, the French Grand Canyon. We would use a sifter in the river to find fossils and such in the dirt we excavated but all the kayaks and canoes passing us by thought we were looking for gold ! haha!

6 – I am a handbag lover. Enough said…

7 – One of my favorite makeup brands is Urban Decay, I love bold colors or a good neutrals with and edgy vibe. I’ve mentioned this brand in a few posts.
