I was excited to see I’ve been tagged by Sofia from A No One’s Diary to do this fun Q+A 10 questions Tag. I love tags as I think they are a great way for us to get to know each other better and to discover new and fresh blogs.

Thanks so much Sofia, I really appreciate you thinking of me (please go check her blog out)! And as you said in your post, finding good blogs to tag is the hardest part I agree :). Sorry but I don’t have your courage of staying up all night till 5:30 am to do the tag, so it’s a little late in coming :).

Here are my questions from Sofia

1. What do you do on a Saturday Night?

I love going out, it can be having drinks, eating out in a nice restaurant, clubbing, hanging at a friends house, theater you name it!

Here are some pictures of a great place to hang out in Paris on a Saturday night : the Buddha Bar. It has wonderful lounge music that you can actually buy there.

Here is a picture of great musical I went to see in the iconic Parisian theatre: Le Chatelet. It was called “Kiss me Kate”

2. Name your favourite lipstick.

Now that’s a tough one ! How can a girl possibly choose?!

I’ll have to cheat and name a few : the Dior Addict Lipsticks (and lip glosses) are for sure some of my favorites and I own the most from that line!

But I need to mention the following lipsticks : Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche, Revlon Lip Butter, Shiseido Perfect Rouge and Lancôme l’Absolu Rouge.

3. First Kiss.

I was in 1st grade and I was actually at a Catechism or Sunday School believe it or not! We snuck out into the living room away from the guest room where the Sunday school was held. Very clumsy but sweet!

4. Your go-to accessory. 

My favorite accessory to complete any look is my handbag. I’m a handbag lover which I’m sure you know if you’ve been reading my blog and my What’s in my bag post or my handbag reviews such as The Perfect Work bag or my latest the Perfect Summer bag.

A chic and classy handbag can elevate any casual look and make you more put together. It is the finishing touch to any outfit in my opinion. A more casual bag can dress down an outfit that otherwise might be too fancy for your daytime errands. A great statement handbag can help you add fashion into an otherwise plain ootd.

5. Shinny or Matte.

I know matte is all the rage right  now, but I’m a shinny girl thru & thru! On top of that matte is usually way to drying for my poor lips (which is why lip balm is so essential to me)! I’ve raved about the Revlon Lip Butters and my fave is still Pink Truffle featured in My 2015 Beauty Favorites. But all the lipsticks mentioned in the question above are all very moisturizing and comfortable on the lips!

6. Favourite dish.

That has got to be SUSHI! I love it and can never get tired of eating it! I love Japan and have been several times including in May 2016, I’m preparing my posts so look out for them.

7. Share a secret.

I used to not know how to really apply make up until YouTube tutorials appeared in 2007 and ever since I’ve been hooked! haha!

8. Your worst makeup product.

My worst makeup product is hands down the L’Oreal Infallible lip gloss. I love long wearing lip products, because I have a busy day job and don’t have to constantly reapply but still want to have my makeup game on point when in meetings etc.. However I have sensitive  lips and this product was a complete fail. I’ll have to do a post on my Products Not Worth Buying.

This lip gloss is very sticky which, is something I hate, and it’s quickly very uncomfortable for me to wear. Pealing my skin of and bunching up at the corners! Let me know if you had a similar experience with this formula.

9. Favourite music.

I love music and listen to all kinds of music : edm, hip hop, country, classical, pop etc.. But if I really had to choose it would be alternative rock. I just love rock music and the alternative is the one that just gets to me.

10. When you grow up you want to be…

Well I’m already grown up 🙂 but if you look at it a different way we continue to grow throughout our lives, so I’m always striving to be the best version of myself. I want to become a better blogger down the road for sure.
